Fan's inspection used for steel plant

On 22nd of July 2014, Iran's clients come to our factory for inspection purpose. They inspected furnace fan, RJC circulating cooling fan, high flow fan etc that worth more than two million and they tested: (1) Fan shape and size of every components. (2) Each fan and their motor’s technical data. (3) Welding of the product, quality of the fabrication and seal performance test of RJC fan’s bearing housing. (4) Fan balancing, vibration and performance tests. (5) Check every fan’s auxiliary equipment, including: dampers, silencers, shock absorbers etc. During the inspection, our technical director answers the questions asked by clients and showed the relevant certification and tests reports. After whole day of four clients’ inspection, the test results are fully meet with the design specifications and acceptance criteria. Clients are very satisfied and agreed to receive the consignment. This time of inspection is successful, and the friendly communication between both sides far-reaching significance for next cooperation.
