The 6-11 series have the characteristics of high efficiency, flat performance curve, wear resistance, and work stability.

It has excellent performance and can output high pressure.

It can be used to transport normal temperature or high temperature non-flammable gases, particles, powder, debris, fibrous materials etc.

The fans are commonly used in large-scale industrial systems such as large dust removal systems, industrial desulfurization and denitrification, large industrial boiler systems, large industrial rotary kilns and calcining kiln systems, and mineral powder sintering (sintering machines) and so on.

 

 

 

Product features:

1. It can output higher outlet pressure and can work in high temperature medium, suitable for any need to transport high pressure & high temperature gas industrial occasions.

2. According to customer performance requirements customized design, and optimized by CFD technology, the energy consumption is lower than similar models.

3. For the material of impeller and main spindle, we will choose high-strength carbon steel, low-alloy steel, high-temperature alloy steel, high temperature high-strength alloy steel for different working conditions temperature and working speed, so that the impeller and main spindle at high temperature still maintain reliable strength.

4. For dusty gas, we can meet all kinds of working conditions from small amount of dust to large amount of dust. After special treatment, the hardness of blade surface can reach HRC60~70, which can extend the life of the impeller by more than 3 times.

5. The moderate bonding between the components is tight, and the sealing performance is good, ensuring that the output pressure will not be reduced.

6. After annealed treatment, the internal stress of the structure generated during welding can be completely eliminated to ensure that the impeller will not creepage and crack.

7. Ultrasonic flaw detection on the welding seam and main spindle of the impeller to ensure that there are no welding defects or material defects and ensure the strength.

8. The impeller is subjected to a high standard of dynamic balancing adjusting to ensure stable operation of the fan.

9. Test assembly after production is completed to ensure that there is no interference between the components.
